CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1 Should have good communication skills and IR knowledge related to Labour law compliances, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, notices handing, liaising with government officials/ labor authorities, contract labor management, team management etc..
2 Should have experience in Safety and Security assessments in a manufacturing unit.
3 Should have fair experience in MS-Office and Internet.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 To handle security, transportation, house-keeping, pantry, repair Et maintenance works etc.
2 To conduct comprehensive safety assessments and audits; along with ensuring factory records are updated and well managed.
To complete disciplinary actions, domestic enquiry, contract labour management; in co-ordination with HO.
To liaison with govt. bodies, labour departments, police, local authorities etc.
5 To co-ordinate with Factory In charge for existing /upcoming issues with best possible solutions.
